At Rhonda Shear, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure that all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags and hygienic liners still attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all tags are intact, and attach the shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
